| 摘 要： | 目的评价超声引导下瘤腔内注射凝血酶在治疗医源性股动脉假性动脉瘤中的应用价值。方法在彩色多普勒超声引导下,采用20G穿刺针经皮穿刺,对20例经股动脉介入术后股动脉假性动脉瘤患者行瘤腔内注射凝血酶封闭,凝血酶浓度为200U/ml,总量均≤500U。结果20例患者均1次治疗成功,术中、术后无并发症发生,术后无复发。结论超声引导下凝血酶封闭治疗假性动脉瘤创伤小,操作简便,疗效确切,可作为神经介入术后假性动脉瘤的首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application value of ultrasound-guided thrombin injection(UGTI)for treatment of interventional femoral pseudoaneurysms(PSA).Methods Twenty patients received percutaneous puncture with 20G needle under ultrasound guidance,and were treated by intracavitary thrombin injection.The concentration of thrombin was 200U/ml,the volume dose was less than 500U,or equal to 500U.Results All patients were successfully treated at the first time.No complication and recurrence happened.Conclusion UGTI is a safe,easy and effective method and can be the first method to treat PSA after nerves intervention. |
