ILLLI治疗脑梗塞患者康复效果及对血液流变学、血流动力学的影响

摘    要:采用低强度He-Ne激光血管内照射,治疗82例例脑梗塞患者。发现其对神经功能缺损程度为轻型及中型者有明显康复效果,而对重型者效果不明显;同时观察了50例脑梗塞患有后血液流变学及血流动力学指标,发现ILILLI可降低全血粘度,血浆粘度、相对粘度、红细胞压积,提高椎动脉血流量及颈内动脉血流峰速。

Abstract:Intravascular low level laser irradiation (ILLLI) is a new therapeutic method widely applied in cardiac-cerebral vascular disease. Through the clinically therapeutic observation on 82 cerebral infarction patients,the authors found that ILLLI is very effective ( P <0 001)for the patients with mild and medium deficiency of nervous functions. However,it is no apparently effective for the patients with severe deficiency of nervous functions ( P >0 05).In addition,the indexes of hemorrheology and hematodynamics were also observed. The results demonstrated that ILLLI could reduce total blood viscosity,plasma expressive viscosity,relative viscosity and erythrocytic aggregation ( P <0 05)and increase the carotid blood volume and internal blood peak velocity at the cervical spine( P <0 001),our results provided a new way for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
