| 摘 要： | 目的观察溴鼠灵灭鼠剂实验室及现场灭鼠效果.方法实验室采用强迫连续喂养的方法观察溴鼠灵灭鼠剂对试验鼠的致死情况,采用选择喂养的方法观察试验鼠的适口性,以及采用饱和投药方法进行现场灭鼠.结果溴鼠灵灭鼠剂对大白鼠的致死率8 d为100%,对小白鼠的致死率9 d为100%;对大白鼠的摄食系数为0.85,对小白鼠的摄食系数为0.79;现场灭鼠的杀灭率为91.91%.结论溴鼠灵灭鼠剂对鼠的适口性较好,是现场杀灭自然鼠种的一种较好灭鼠药物.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Brodifacoum against rodents in field and lab experiment. Methods The lethal effect was tested by continuous force feeding, and the palatability was tested by selective feeding in laboratory. The field experiments were conducted by saturated baiting. Results The Brodifacoum formulation killed albino rats for 100% in eight days and killed white mouse 100% in nine days in laboratory. The palatability were 0.85 for albino rats and 0.79 for white mouse. Mortality was 91.91% for killing nature rodents in the field. Conclusion The formulation of Brodifacoum was better to kill the mouse. The palatability was also better. This Brodifacoum formulation could reduce the density of rodents. |
