目的：对老年人残冠、残根进行保存治疗。方法：采用全牙列固定义齿修复技术。结果：经过半年至三年的观察。均获得了满意的临床效果。本方法主要用于老年患者在设计、制作 特点及铸造的方法使用不同的材料进行修复尽可能多的保余留的残根、残冠、制作出患者满意的全牙列固定长桥义齿。

The manufacture of completely casting fixed denture

Objective:To investigate the technique of completely casting fixed bridge or network bridge, which were applied to the residual root or crown in the mouth of the elderly. Methods:Using the technique of completely casting fixed denture. Results:On the surface of the bridge, we have used many kinds of materials such as porcelain, resin, metal photocuring resin. All of them are according to the situation in the mouth. During the manufacturing process, we paid special attention to every steps. We disigned many kinds of retainer to preventing the restorative material from dropping off the bridge. We embedded the wax patterns with a kind of one layer of embedding material, which cna decrease the contract of alloy. And we always kept the occlusal balance. Conclusion:The follow up patients included from 6 months to 3 years. All of them satisfied with their dentures. This technique is worth to being used for the elders in the future.
