胃肠道间质瘤影像学诊断

胃肠道间质瘤起源于胃肠道原始间叶组织,可能是Cajal细胞,该肿瘤并不不见,以往认为胃肠道间质瘤包括所有发生于胃肠道的平滑肌细胞,神经鞘细胞或平滑肌和神经鞘细胞双向分化的肿瘤以及未定分化的肿,但近年来的大量研究证明,胃肠是质瘤为一组独立的起源于胃肠道壁的间叶性肿瘤,与经典的平滑肌肿瘤和神经鞘瘤不同,因此,本文重点阐述胃肠道间质瘤的病理,临床及影像学表现。

Imaging Diagnosis ofGastrointestinal Stromal Tumors(GIST)

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) are not rare non-epithelial tumors arising from the interstitial cell of Cajal of gastrointestinal tract. In the past, many studies present that GIST include leiomyomas or leiomyosarcomas, leiomyoblastomas, schwannomas, glomus tumors, and neurofibroma or ganglioneuronomas As defined with current standards, the majority of stromal tumors of the gastrointestinal tract demonstrate either incomplete or no features of differentiation. Therefore, the generic designation of "gastrointestinal stromal tumors" has been widely adopted. The pathology, clinical presentation and manifestation of different imaging examinations of GIST are concise reviewed.
