不同浓度医用三氧腰椎旁注射联合硬膜外阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果的比较

摘    要:目的观察并比较不同浓度医用三氧腰椎旁注射联合硬膜外阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者90例,随机分为3组,每组30例。A、B、C组患者腰椎旁注射医用三氧浓度分别为20、30和40μg/ml,均联合硬膜外阻滞。于治疗前及治疗后不同时点记录VAS评分,观察治疗前后临床症状变化,并进行疗效评价。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后3组患者各时点VAS均降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与A、B组相比,C组治疗结束时及治疗后3个月时VAS评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后6个月时疗效评定,3组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论硬膜外阻滞联合医用三氧40μg/ml腰椎旁注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于联合三氧20、30μg/ml。

Comparison of the effects of different medical ozone concentrations paravertebral injection combined with epidural block for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

Abstract:Objective To observe and compare the effects of different medical ozone concentrations paravertebral injection combined with epidural block for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Ninety patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into three groups, thirty cases in each group. The concentrations of ozone 20, 30 and 40 μg/ml were used in the group A, B, C respectively. VAS and clinical symptoms were observed before and after the treatment. Results VAS was significantly lower after the treatment than before in the three groups (P〈0.05). Compared with group A and B, VAS was lower in group C at the end of the treatment and 3rd month after the treatment (P〈0.05). No significant difference was found in the effects in the 3 groups at the sixth month after the treatment. Conclusion Epidural blockade combined with 40μg/ml medical ozone paravertebral injection is more effective than that with 20 or 30 μg/ml ozone paravertebral injection for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
