阻抗与温度监测下射频热凝靶点消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

摘    要:目的观察阻抗与温度监测下射频热凝靶点消融术在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的临床疗效。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者110例,随机分为两组,每组55例,其中A组在阻抗、温度监测下行射频热凝靶点消融术治疗,B组采取常规保守治疗。治疗前后行VAS评分,观察临床疗效。结果治疗后两组VAS评分较治疗前均明显下降。治疗后1d、1周、1个月、3个月时优良率分别为76.4%(42/55例)、70.9%(39/55例)、89.1%(49/55例)、90.9%(50/55例),B组为10.9%(6/55例)、50.9%(28/55例)、63.6%(35/55例)、65.5%(36/55例),同时点A组优良率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论阻抗与温度监测下射频热凝靶点消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of target ablation with radiofrequency thermocoagulation.in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation under impedance and tem- perature monitoring. Methods One hundred and ten patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hernia- tion were randomly divided into two groups, 55 cases in each. Patients in group A received radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation under irapedance and temperature monitoring, and patients in group B received conventional conservative treatment. VAS and clinical efficacy were evaluated. Results VAS was significantly lower after the treatment than that in pre-treatment in both groups. The effective rates were 76.4%(42/55 cases), 70.9%(39/55 cases), 89.1%(49/55 cases), 90.9% (50/55 cases) respectively in group A and 10.9% (6/55 cases), 50.9% (28/55 cases), 63.6% (35/ 55 cases), 65.5%(36/55 cases) respectively in group B on the first day, 1 week, 1 month and the third month after the treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion The method of target ablation with radiofrequency tbermocoagulation under impedance and temperature monitoring is safe and effective for the treatment of lumbar disc intervertebral herniation.
