血管性痴呆动物模型探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨建立小鼠"血管性痴呆"动物模型.方法:采用小鼠双侧颈总动脉反复缺血再灌注加降血压法制作了血管性痴呆动物模型.结果:跳台试验、水迷宫试验和光镜检查证实,术后模型小鼠出现了明显的学习、记忆功能障碍,形态学可见明显的小鼠海马CA1区神经细胞减少.结论:本试验成功建立了血管性痴呆动物模型,方法简便,效果可靠,利于推广.

Abstract:Objective:To establish a vascular dementia model in mice.Methods:The imitative vascular dementia model was established by repeatedly clipping the common carotid artery and reducing blood pressure with an abdominal injection of sodium nitroprusside.Results:By using step-down avoidance test and water maze test,the mice in experimental group showed a significant disfunction in learning and memory and obvious cell deletion in their hippocampal CA1 region.Conclusion:The above described method to induce vascular dementia model is effective and easily performed.
