蜂王浆和蜂花粉提取液增强小鼠免疫力的研究

摘    要:目的探求蜂王浆和蜂花粉提取液是否具有增加免疫力的作用。方法安全食效性实验:根据Horn法,用不同剂量的提取液连续喂养小鼠7d,无异常反应后继续喂养21d,观察各指标数据;分光光度法:用722型分光光度计在680nm处测定小鼠廓清碳粒的能力和溶血素情况;迟发型超敏反应:比较小鼠的耳肿胀度情况。结果提取液不影响小鼠的体重、精神状态、毛色和食欲等;另外,实验组对小鼠的耳肿胀度和血清溶血素具有极显著影响,对碳粒廓清指数有显著影响。结论蜂王浆和蜂花粉提取液是安全无毒副作用的,同时还能有效地增强小鼠的免疫力。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the enhanced effect of royal and bee pollen extracts on the mice.METHODS Safety as food experiments:By using Horn test method to continuously feed on mice within 7 days.The results showed that the extracted liquid have no toxin effect on mice,and then continued to feed on mice in 21 days and observed some target data.Spectrophotometric method:to check the ability of mice' phagocytosis of macrophage and blood serum hemolysin on 680nm with the Model 722 Grating Spectrometer.Hangfire ultra sensitive response:Compare with the DTH induced by DNFB in mice.RESULTS The extracted liquid didn't influence the mice' weight and appetite,etc.And then it could remarkably effect the experiment mice phagocytosis of macrophage and blood serum hemolysin and DTH induced by DNFB.CONCLUSION The royal and bee pollen extracts could enhance the mice immune ability and could be safety.
