| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨尼莫通在重型颅脑损伤中的治疗作用。方法：总结我院自1996年以来61例重型颅脑损伤的治疗经验，其中，29例按常规综合治疗，32例采用尼莫通等综合治疗。结果：29例按常规综合治疗的死亡11例，恢复良好或中残11例，重残7例；按尼莫通等综合治疗的死亡5例，恢复良好或中残21例，重残6例。结论：尼莫通在重型颅脑损伤的治疗中能降低死亡率，缩短昏迷时间，减少残存率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study nimotop in treatment for severe head injury. Methch: Experiences of 61 patients with severe head injury treated in our hospital since 1996 were summarized.29 cases had been treated routinely and 32 cases with nimotop. Results: 11 died and 18 survived among 29 cases treated routinely.5 died and 27 survived among 32 cases treated with nimotop. Conclusion: Nimotop treatment could decrease mortality, stupor duration and disability rate for severe head injury. |
