40岁以下子宫内膜癌患者的临床分析

目的探讨40岁以下年轻妇女子宫内膜癌患者的临床特点,达到预防及早期诊断,合理治疗的目的。方法对12例40岁以下年轻妇女子宫内膜癌患者进行回顾性总结分析。结果除1例晚期患者治疗死亡外,余11例手术治疗随访至今仍健在。结论40岁以下年轻妇女子宫内膜癌患者多与月经不调、不孕不育、多囊卵巢综合征等高危因素有关;多不具备子宫内膜癌三联征的典型表现;且多数为高分化腺癌,与子宫内膜腺瘤增生及重度非典型增生难以区别;以手术治疗为主,预后比老年者好。对于有生育要求的可酌情保守治疗。

Clinical Analysis of Endometrial Carcinoma Patients Aged 40 Years and Younger
