| 摘 要： | 目的:总结腹腔镜输卵管妊娠保守手术的方法和经验。方法:回顾性分析158例输卵管妊娠患者行腹腔镜保守手术的方法和结果。结果:腹腔镜输卵管妊娠保守手术时间短,术后粘连少,输卵管再通率高。结论:有生育要求的输卵管妊娠患者施行保守手术可增加宫内妊娠机会,具备保守手术条件时尽量行保守手术。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the method and experience to treat the oviduct pregnancy with laparoscopic conservative treatment.Methods:One hundred and fifty-eight cases with oviduct pregnancy were treated by laparoscopic conservative treatment.Results:The operative time was shorter,adhesion was less and oviducal unobstructed rate was higher.Conclusions:The oviduct pregnant patients who want conception can increase the chance of uterine pregnancy with the laparoscopic conservative treatment. |
