摘    要:本文观察了40名快速进入海拔3600米地区人员的RCR、RICR水平,及同海拔移居适应者36名和世居者30名的上述指标。结果表明:观察组进入高原第2天RCR急剧下降,RICR急剧升高,以后逐渐降低或升高,至第30天时与移、世居两组接近(P>0.05);高原反应越重RCR及RICR降低或升高越明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。

Abstract:RCR and RICR level of 40 rapid ar-rivals at 3600m altitude were observed and compared with the RCR and RICR level of 36 acclimatized people and 30 natives at the same height above sea level. The resalt showed that:On the second day when the observed group entered to the altitude,RCR suddenly dropped and RICR steeply raised,then dropped or raised progressively. Up to the 30th day they were near to the level of acclimatized and native group (P>0.05 ).The more serious is the altitude stress,the more obvious is the decrease or increase of RCR and RICR- (p<0.05 or p<0.01). It is pointed out that occurance of altitude stress relates to RBC immunologic function reduc-ing. Take effective measures to increase orimprove RBC immunologic function before the arrivals entering into altitude hypoxia environment. It has important significance for decreasing the occurance of altitude stress.
