摘    要:目的:探讨脑梗死后血管性痴呆(VaD)的相关危险因素,为临床防治提供理论依据。方法:收集267例脑梗死患者的相关临床资料,其中包括55例VaD组和212例非VaD组,运用f检验、χ^2检验和Logisfic回归分析方法明确VaD的相关因素。结果:单因素分析表明年龄、低教育水平、高血压、糖尿病、房颤、脑卒中病史、多发性梗死、白质疏松、颞叶梗死在VaD组和对照组之间差异有统计学意义,并且白质疏松的严重程度越高越容易发生痴呆。经多因素Logisfic回归分析证实高血压、白质疏松、多发性梗死、糖尿病和年龄在两组之间有显著统计学意义,是VaD的相关因素,并且其相关程度依次递减。结论:VaD是多种因素共同作用的结果,应予以针对陛预防和及时的治疗,以便减少或延缓VaD的发生。

Abstract:Aim: To examine correlation factors for vascular dementia after cerebral infarction, so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods: A total of 267 patients with cerebral infarction including 55 cases of vascular dementia, 212 cases of non-vascular dementia were enrolled, and related clinical data were collected, t test, X2 test and Logistic regression analysis were used to find the correlation factors for vascular dementia. Results: Single factor analysis found age, low educational level, hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, prior strokes, multiple infarctions, leukoaraiosis and infarctions in temporal lobe had statistical significances between the two groups, and the more severe leukoaraiosis was, the easier dementia would happen. Multiple Logistic regression analysis indicated hypertension, leukoaraiosis, multiple infarctions, diabetes and age were correlation factors for vascular dementia, and the correlativity decreased one by one. Conclusions: Multiple factors contribute to the occurrence of vascular dementia, and hypertension, leukoaraiosis, multiple infarctions, diabetes and age are significantly associated with vascular dementia. Prevention and treatment in time should be emphasized to reduce or delay the attacks of vascular dementia.
