钩端螺旋体病血清抗体水平监测资料分析

目的通过对莒县钩端螺旋体病监测资料的分析,了解人群钩端螺旋体菌群分布和变动情况,为莒县研究钩端螺旋体病流行规律,制定预防和控制措施提供依据。方法用显微镜凝集实验,采集高发人群血清,进行钩体病抗体检测。结果 2006—2009年全县累计检测444名高发人群,血清抗体阳性者116人,阳性率26.13%;病人血清抗体对应菌群以波摩那型为主(占75.86%),其次为黄疸出血型(占29.31%)。结论莒县曾发生过波摩那型钩端螺旋体病暴发,今年监测数据显示仍以波摩那型为主,说明疫区净化效果不理想,一旦发生洪水,就有再次暴发流行的可能,应引起重视。
