| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨大肠埃希菌在尿路感染中的流行情况及对常用抗菌药物的敏感性,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。[方法]对2008年和2009年从尿液标本检出的128株大肠埃希菌,采用K-B纸片扩散法测定其对14种抗菌药物的敏感性,并进行超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)检测。[结果]1 029例尿标本共检出病原菌355株,其中大肠埃希菌为128株,128株大肠埃希菌共检出ESBL阳性菌65株(50.8%)。亚胺培南对ESBL大肠埃希菌抗菌活性最好(100%),其次为阿米卡星(81.5%)。[结论]大肠埃希菌是尿标本中最常见的临床分离菌,产ESBL大肠埃希菌多重耐药严重,治疗该菌所致尿路感染,亚胺培南应作为首选药物。
