| 摘 要： | Clusterin蛋白在肿瘤发生和进展过程中起重要的抗细胞坏死和抗凋亡作用,肿瘤细胞中不同亚型的CLU表达水平与肿瘤细胞的侵袭能力相关,肿瘤的发生发展与sCLU过表达和nCLU缺失有关。Clusterin蛋白在多种肿瘤组织中都有异常的表达,可作为多种恶性肿瘤和癌前病变的早期检测标记物,也可作为肿瘤预后评价的参考指标。
