舒芬太尼预防全麻术后躁动和咽喉疼痛的临床观察

目的观察术毕前静脉注射舒芬太尼预防全麻术后苏醒期躁动和术后24h咽喉疼痛的效果。方法随机将122例需要全麻的择期手术患者分为A组和B组，每组61例，两组均以咪唑安定、阿曲库铵、芬太尼、丙泊酚诱导，丙泊酚＋瑞芬太尼＋异氟醚维持麻醉。B组于手术结束麻醉停药前30—40min给予舒芬太尼0．25—0．5μg／kg；A组手术结束前不给药。分别纪录两组患者的自主呼吸恢复时间、呼之睁眼时间及苏醒期患者的躁动发生率、术后24h咽喉疼痛发生率。结果两组患者手术结束后，自主呼吸恢复时间、呼之睁眼时间差异无显著性（P〉0．05），而躁动和咽喉痛发生率B组比A组明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论全麻苏醒前给予小剂量舒芬太尼可以使麻醉苏醒更平稳，可有效预防麻醉苏醒期躁动和术后24h咽喉疼痛的发生。

Clinical observation of preventive effects of sufentanil on restlessness and sore throat after surgery under general anesthesia
