| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性心电疾病患者与家系成员的健康管理并分析其效果。方法自2003年8月以来收集12例原发性心电疾病患者,对12个家系中共40个成员进行详细的体格检查、心电图、心脏超声检查。通过讲座、分发资料等多种方式进行健康管理,并对其效果进行调查。结果 12个家系中40个成员最后诊断Bmgada综合征8例,长QT综合征3例,特发性室颤1例。健康教育后,患者与家系成员对原发性心电疾病的认识,对坚持治疗和定期复查的重要性,对基础心脏复苏的掌握,应避免的生活方式,应避免使用的药物及定期复查电解质的知晓率,与健康教育前相比均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义。结论对原发性心电疾病患者与家系成员进行健康管理,可能有助于降低晕厥和猝死的发生。
