摘    要:目的对水中有机磷农药测定的气相色谱法进行优化与改进,使其更灵敏,准确,实用。方法优化样品萃取方法,改用弱极性毛细管色谱柱(HP-5)代替填充柱及火焰光度检测器(FPD)检测。结果实验表明,农药混标在0.01~1.0μg/m浓l度范围内线性良好,最低检出质量浓度为0.01~0.10μg/L,相对标准偏差为4.1%~7.2%,平均回收率在77.4%~92.9%之间。结论该方法操作简便快速,结果准确可靠,重复性好,适用于水中有机磷农药残留量测定。

Abstract:Objective]To optimize and improve the method for determination of organophosphorus pesticides in water,and make it more sensitive,accurate and practical.Methods]HP5 was used instead of FPD to optimize extract method.Results]The test showed that the calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.01~1.0 μg/ml,the range of minimum detection limit was 0.01~0.10 μg/L,relative standard deviation(RSD) was 4.1%~7.2% and the average recoveries was 77.4%~92.9%.Conclusion]he method is simple,rapid,accurate,reliable and reproducible.And it is suitable for determining organophosphorus pesticides in water.
