一起疑似职业性慢性铅中毒的案例评析

目的调查某铅蓄电池加工企业铅污染引起的疑似职业性慢性铅中毒1例。方法采用职业流行病学调查、检验检测等方法,依据相关法律法规,综合分析判断。结果该厂厂房简陋,生产设施落后,劳动防护用品缺乏,大量铅尘、铅烟逸出,是引起职业中毒的主要原因。经检测病人尿铅含量为2.39μmol/L,结合职业史、症状体征以及现场调查,初步判断为疑似职业性慢性铅中毒。结论该厂生产条件落后,未提供有效的防护用品,铅蒸气严重污染环境,对工人健康造成危害。

Case Analysis of Suspected Occupational Chronic Lead Poisoning
