火电厂噪声和高温的联合作用对工人听力的影响

摘    要:目的研究火电厂噪声和高温的联合作用对工人听力的影响。方法通过选择4组组间基本均衡的现场作业工人做为研究对象,对其工作环境进行噪声测试与高温测试,分析所选4组研究对象听力水平的差异。结果对所采集的数据进行统计学分析,发现高温噪声组的语频听阈和高频听阈比噪声组和高温组明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);噪声组、高温噪声组的语频听阈和高频听阈与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);单纯高温作业组语频听阈和高频听阈与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与对照组相比,单纯高温对工人语频听阈和高频听阈没有影响,但同时接触噪声和高温可加重噪声对人耳语频听阈和高频听阈的损害作用。
