| 摘 要： | 目的:观察情志干预合加味痛泻要方治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效.方法:将60例本病患者随机分为3组,治疗组20例采用情志干预合加味痛泻要方治疗,对照1组20例采用加味痛泻要方治疗,对照2组20例仅用安慰剂治疗.结果:治疗组总有效率为95%,对照1组总有效率为75%,对照2组总有效率为40%,治疗组的疗效均明显优于对照1组和...

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of emotional intervention combined with Modified Pain-diarrhea decoction on irritable bowel syndrome.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,20 patients in treatment group treated by the emotional intervention combined with Modified Pain-diarrhea decoction,20 in control group I by Modified Pain-diarrhea decoction only and 20 in control group II by placebo only.Results： The total effective rate were 95% in treatment group,75% in control group I and 40% in control group II,and the efficacy in treatment group were significantly better than that in control group I and control group II.Conclusion： The emotional intervention combined with Modified Pain-diarrhea decoction is effective for irritable bowel syndrome. |
