天津市汉沽区社区老年性高血压教育和管理控制的效果评价

目的了解对社区老年性高血压患者实施教育、管理控制干预后的效果。方法从2008—2009年期间对新村里社区服务站辖区60岁以上常住人口高血压患者进行管理教育,观察干预后高血压患者对该疾病的了解程度及对心血管危险因素的控制情况。结果随着高血压宣传教育的不断深入,管理控制情况的逐渐完善,社区高血压的患病率得到改善,控制率逐年提高。结论长期在社区开展高血压健康教育和管理控制工作,对提高社区高血压患者的自我保健知识水平和高血压防治效果是一项行之有效的措施。
