| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定河柏中总酚酸的含量的方法。方法：采用紫外可见分光光度法,检测波长720nm。结果：蒙药河柏中总酚酸在0.3088～1.0808μg/mL线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=0.6173X＋0.0151（r=0.9998）。没食子酸的平均回收率为96.22%,RSD=1.13%（n=5）。结论：以紫外可见分光光度法测定河柏中总酚酸的含量,简便、灵敏、准确。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the determination method for total phenolic acid in Myricaria alopcuroides Schrenk.Methods：Using spectrophotometric determination with the detection wavelength of 720nm.Results：Samples of the total tration of phenolic acids 0.3088~1.0808μg/mL within linear relationship was found.The regression equation was Y=0.6173X＋0.0151（r=0.9998）.The average recovery for gallic acid was 96.22%（RSD = 1.13%）.Conclusion：The method is simple,sensitive,concenaccurate and can be used for determination of total phenolic acids in Myricaria alopcuroides Schrenk. |
