摘    要:目的:建立测定河柏中总酚酸的含量的方法。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法,检测波长720nm。结果:蒙药河柏中总酚酸在0.3088~1.0808μg/mL线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=0.6173X+0.0151(r=0.9998)。没食子酸的平均回收率为96.22%,RSD=1.13%(n=5)。结论:以紫外可见分光光度法测定河柏中总酚酸的含量,简便、灵敏、准确。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the determination method for total phenolic acid in Myricaria alopcuroides Schrenk.Methods:Using spectrophotometric determination with the detection wavelength of 720nm.Results:Samples of the total tration of phenolic acids 0.3088~1.0808μg/mL within linear relationship was found.The regression equation was Y=0.6173X+0.0151(r=0.9998).The average recovery for gallic acid was 96.22%(RSD = 1.13%).Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,concenaccurate and can be used for determination of total phenolic acids in Myricaria alopcuroides Schrenk.
