| 摘 要： | [目的]了解青铜峡市2009年居民食用加碘盐现状,及时发现问题并采取相应措施,保障全市人民食用合格碘盐及了解合格碘盐的使用率,有效预防碘缺乏病的发生。[方法]根据《全国碘盐检测方案》。对居民户的碘盐进行随机抽查和结果判定。[结果]全市碘盐覆盖率为100%,全市合格碘盐使用率99%。[结论]本地居民基本实现食用合格碘盐的目标。
