工业企业女工心理健康现状调查分析

目的了解工业企业女工心理健康现状,为开展女工健康教育和心理咨询工作提供理论支持。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法,选取在工厂企业从事一线作业的5 470名女工作为调查对象,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其心理健康水平进行量化评价。结果女工躯体不适症状、强迫症状、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性症状均明显高于全国常模。785名女工(14.4%)可能存在心理问题。但30岁以上年龄组女工心理健康水平较好。结论女工心理问题应得到全社会的广泛关注,应建立有效的干预措施体系,来提高女工心理健康水平。

Investigation on Psychological Health Status of Female Workers in Industrial Enterprise

Objective]To understand the psychological health status of female workers in industrial enterprise,and provide theoretical support for female workers＇ health education and counseling..Methods]The psychological health status of 5 470 female workers engaged in frontline from industrial enterprises was tested with symptom check list 90（SCL-90）.Results]Female workers＇ factor scores of somatic symptoms,obsessive compulsive,anxiety,hostility,phobic and psychotic symptoms were significantly higher than those of the national normal.785 female workers（14.4%） might have psychological problems.However,psychological health status of female workers aged over 30 years was better than other groups.Conclusion]The psychological problems of female workers should attract attention from the whole society.And an effective system of intervention should be established to improve psychological health of female workers.
