| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨重型颅脑损伤患者的急诊救治方法及效果。方法]回顾性分析我院救治的124例急性重型颅脑损伤患者的完整临床资料。其中应用手术方法治疗76例,非手术治疗48例。结果]良好77例(62.10%),中残13例(10.48%),重残10(8.06%),植物生存1例(0.81%),死亡23例(18.55%)。结论]急诊对病情的正确判断及治疗,早期诊断,早期手术,正确处理合并伤,重视并发症的治疗是救治成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective]To explore the effects of the emergency treatments on patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods]A retrospective study was performed for the clinical data 164 patients with acute severe head injury.76 cases used in surgical treatments,and 48 patients used in non-operative therapy.Results]77 patients(64.10%)showed good,13 cases(10.48%)showed medium residual,10 cases(8.06%)showed severe disabilities,1 cases(0.81%)presented plant survival,and 23 cases(18.55%)showed death.Conclusion]Early ... |
