| 摘 要： | 目的分析2008—2009年和平区艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)资料,为艾滋病的防制提供参考数据。方法对277例主动求询者在自愿、知情同意的情况下进行HIV抗体筛查,利用SPSS13.0对资料进行统计分析。结果 277例主动求询者以男性为主(77.3%),年龄以20～40岁最多(57.8%),婚姻状况以未婚最多(60.6%),文化程度以大专及以上为主(66.8%),求询者类型以非婚异性性接触为主(56.3%)。检测发现1例HIV感染者,阳性率为0.4%。结论性传播途径是HIV感染的重要途径,文化程度高的未婚男性青壮年为主要的求询对象,应加大对高危人群的宣传力度,加快VCT室建设,发挥VCT咨询检测的作用。
