| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肠扭转的影像学表现和多层螺旋CT（MSCT）诊断肠扭转的价值。方法分析12例肠扭转病例的影像学特点。主要重组方法为多平面重组（MPR）、最大密度投影（M IP）及容积再现（VR）。结果 12例中,腹部平片腹部肠管表现为＂8字征＂、＂香蕉征＂等影像特征10例,＂无气腹＂或＂少气腹＂征象2例,＂空回肠换位征＂1例。CT扫描＂漩涡征＂12例,＂鸟嘴征＂11例,其中腹水及肠系膜周围渗出征象3例。结论 MSCT对肠扭转的诊断和评估扭转肠管的血运情况具有重要价值。
