泌尿生殖道支原体培养及耐药性分析

摘    要:[目的]了解铜仁地区解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)的检出率及其耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。[方法]对性病和妇产科门诊采集的632例患者标本,应用支原体药敏试剂盒进行检测。[结果]632例患者中有385株培养出支原体,占60.9%;Uu单项阳性331株,占52.4%,Mh单项阳性6株占0.1%,Uu、Mh混合感染48株占7.6%,药敏结果显示,敏感药物首选为交沙霉素、多西环素、美满霉素,耐药率最高的是诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、红霉素。[结论]临床引起的泌尿生殖道感染支原体主要是Uu,显著高于Mh;加强实验室监测,对防止支原体耐药株的发生尤为重要;指导临床合理用药,对提高抗生素疗效有重要的临床意义。
