糖尿病患者认知与遵医行为相关因素调查

[目的]了解糖尿病患者认知与遵医行为状况及其相关因素,为临床治疗、健康教育和临床护理提供相应的依据,并制定有利于糖尿病患者控制血糖水平的相应对策。[方法]采用问卷调查法对148例入住我院的糖尿病患者进行糖尿病认知和遵医行为调查,并分析其影响因素。[结果]本组患者中,对糖尿病的认知与遵医行为好的72例占48.6%,差的76例占51.4%,执行最差的是定期随访,最好的为定期监测血糖;患者的性别、职业、文化程度、家庭来源、经济收入、家庭支持均对患者的认知和遵医行为有影响(P﹤0.05)。[结论]医护人员应加强对糖尿病患者的健康教育以及随访关怀,并注意患者的认知和遵医行为,结合其影响因素,以达到控制糖尿病患者的血糖水平,降低并发症发生的目的。

SURVEY ON DIABETES' UNDERSTANDING AND MEDICAL COMPLIANCE AND ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCING FACTORS
