| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理方法应用于解决血液病患者中心静脉置管术护理中出现并发症的实践过程。方法将2009年10月—2010年10月64例中心静脉置管（PICC）患者随机平均分为循证组及对照组。留置导管期间分别采用循证护理方法和传统的护理方法,比较两组发生并发症情况。结果运用循症护理方法的患者,并发症的发生率（12.5%）明显低于对照组（34.4%）,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论运用循证护理可以有效预防PICC并发症的发生,还可以培养护士的评判性思维,提高护士解决问题的能力和工作效率。
