摘    要:目的:观察老年高血压对颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(EDD)的影响及其临床意义。方法:分别选择对照组40例。高血压组60例。使用E1立EUB-6500彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,探头频率10MHz,测量颈动脉IMT,EDD。结果:高血压组动脉IMT明显增厚,平均(0.912±0.263)mm。血管内皮依赖性舒张功能EDD明显下降,与对照组间均有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论:颈动脉内膜中层厚度增厚及血管内皮依赖性舒张功能障碍是老年高血压患者动脉粥样硬化的早期表现。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the change of intima-media thickness of carotid artery and endothelium-dependent vasodilatation function of brachial artery in aged patients with hypertension. Methods: The intima-media thickness (IMT) and the braehial artery diameter were measured in 60 hypertension patients and 40 normal control subjects using B mode ultrasonography for evaluating the artery atherosclerosis and the endothelium vasodilatation function. Results: IMT was significantly higher (0. 912±0. 263) mm in hypertension group than that of control group (P〈0.01), and the endothelium-dependent vasodilatation function of brachial artery was obviously impaired average (9. 15 ± 1.03) %] than that of control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The increase of intima-media thickness of carotid artery and decrease of endothelium-dependertt vasodilatation function of brachial artery are early expression of atherosclerosis in aged patients with hypertension.
