78例住院离退休老干部抑郁症状及其影响因素的分析

目的：了解住院离退休老干部的抑郁症状的发生情况及其影响因素，并提出相应的护理措施。方法：采用Zung自评抑郁量表和日常生活自理能力量表对78例住院的离退休老干部进行问卷调查，分析老干部这一特殊人群抑郁发生相关因素。全部数据应用SPSS统计软件进行多元逐步回归分析。结果：43．59％住院离退休老干部存在抑郁症状，其相关因素为ADL评分和健康自我评价结果。结论：住院离退休老干部抑郁症状明显，护理人员应重视其心理问题，给予有效的心理护理。

Investigation of depression and its influentail factors in hospitalized retired cadres

Objective To study the status of depression and its influentail factors in hospitalized retired cadres and the nursing interventions were put forward accordingly.Methods: 78 hospitalized retired cadres were interviesed by using SDS and ADL,and prevalence of depression in this group the patients were analyged.All data was analyged by the saftware of SPSS for windows with the statistical method of multiple linear regression.Results: The prevalence of depression in this group of patients was 43.59%.Activites of daily life and self-perceived health were the main factors contributing to the depression in hospitalized retired cadres.Conclusion: The depression in hospitalized retired cadres is evident.Nurses should take efficient holistic nursing.
