| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨实验性慢性鼻窦炎动物模型的制备方法。方法：20只新西兰大白兔分为实验组(8只)、假手术组(8只)及对照组(4只)，实验组采用窦口不完全堵塞加金黄色葡萄球菌建立动物模型，术后4周取上颌窦及筛窦黏膜分别进行形态学观察。结果：实验组兔鼻窦都呈慢性炎症。结论：窦口不完全堵塞加金黄色葡萄球菌可成功建立稳定可靠的兔慢性上颌窦炎模型。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the method of chronic sinusitis model in rabbits.Methods:Twenty white rabbits(New Zealand)were divided into control group,sham-operation group,and incomplete ostia-obstructed and inoculated staphylococcus group.The animals were examined histologically and bacteriologically after 4 weeks. Results:All the experimental sinuses in ostia-obstructed and inoculated staphylococcus group were chronic flammation. Conclusion: Stable chronic sinusitis model in rabbits can be established by incomplete ostia-obstructed and inoculated staphylococcus. |
