| 摘 要： | 目的验证复方龙葵胶囊抗肿瘤作用并初步探讨作用机制。方法采用肉瘤(S180)和肝癌(HepA)两种移植瘤模型,进行抑制肿瘤的实验,并应用流式细胞仪检测S180肿瘤细胞增殖周期。结果复方龙葵胶囊对S180肉瘤的抑制率大于20%,对HepA肝癌小鼠的生命延长率大于40%,可促进S180肿瘤细胞凋亡,使细胞周期阻滞于G0/G1期,减少增殖细胞在S期的分布。结论复方龙葵胶囊具有良好的抗肿瘤作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To verify the antineoplastic effect of Solanum nigrum Compound Capsule and preliminarily study its antineoplastic mechanism.Methods Antineoplastic activity was tested with two models in vivo(sarcoma-180 cells and HepA cells implanted in mice).Furthermore,the S180 cell cycle was detected with flow cytometer.Results Solanum nigrum Compound Capsule showed significant anticancer activities on Sarcoma-180 cells and HepA cells implanted in mice.The medicine could promote apoptosis of tumor cell,increase the S phase proportion and decrease the G0/G1 phase proportion in cell cycle.Conclusion Solanum nigrum Compound Capsule has remarkable antineoplastic effect. |
