| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨骨显像和CT联合应用对诊断儿童神经母细胞瘤(NB)临床分期的价值。方法：31例NB患儿，均行全身骨显像及CT检查。结果：31例患儿中骨显像阳性22例，颅骨、脊柱、肋骨、四肢、骨盆受累分别为10例、11例、8例、17例和8例，原发灶显影16例。CT示大小不等、密度不均的肿块，23例见钙化灶，8例见坏死组织，7例侵犯椎管腔，17例包绕大血管、肿块生长过中线，淋巴结肿大13例，肾脏受累5例，头颅转移6例。结论：骨显像联合CT检查可为NB诊断及临床分期提供更准确的信息。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate bone scan and CT in the diagnosis of neuroblastoma (NB),and its metastasis,clinical staging. Methods Bone scan,CT were performed on 31 NB patients. Results Twenty-two of 31 cases were positive in bone scan. The skull,spine,extremities,rib and pelvis involvements were 10,11,8,17 and 8,respectively. There were 16 primary tumors uptake observed in bone scan. CT showed soft tissue mass with different size and heterogeneous attenuation. There were calcification in 23 cases,necrotic tissue in 8,intraspinal extension in 7,main vessel embracing in 17,lymphadenopathy in 13,kidney involvement in 5,skull metastasis in 6 and bone marrow infiltration in 13 cases. Conclusion Bone scanning and CT are of great value in the diagnosis of NB,its metastases and clinical staging. |
