胸腔置管灌注重组人肿瘤坏死因子治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液观察

目的评价重组人肿瘤坏死因子(rmhTNF)与顺铂(DDP)治疗晚期肺癌患者癌性胸腔积液的近期治疗效果及毒副作用。方法56例晚期肺癌患者,随机分为两组。每组28名患者。观察组采用mTNF1500万U加生理盐水20ml胸腔内注入。对照组采用顺铂60ml 生理盐水20ml胸腔内注入。结果观察组28例病人总有效率82.15%。有3例出现低热,4例轻度胸痛,未经特殊处理自行消失。结论重组人肿瘤坏死因子治疗癌性胸腔积液缓解率高,副作用较轻。

Analysis on curative effect of Malignant Hydrothorax treated with recombined TNF

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and side effect of malinnant hydrothorax treated with recombined TNF(rmhTNF). Methods 56 lung cancer patients in later period were sepratated into two groups randomly.Each have 28 patients. 1 500 104 units of rmhTNF and 20ml N.S were injected into thoracic cavity of one group.In compare, 60 ml DDP and 20ml N.S was injected . Results The total effective rate was 82.15% in 28 cases of malignnant hydrothorax. There were 3 cases with low fever and 4 cases with chest pain that were transitory and disappeared without special treatment. Conclusions There is a higher remission rate of malignant hydrothorax and lower side effect rate treated with rmhTNF anti-tumor druff to control maliffnant hydrothorax.
