龙珠软膏联合消痔灵注射治疗陈旧性肛裂109例临床分析

目的 探索更有效、更快捷治愈陈旧性肛裂的方法.方法 陈旧性肛裂患者212例,其中109例采用龙珠软膏联合消痔灵注射的方法治疗(研究组)；其余103例接受传统的手术剥除术(对照组).比较两组患者术后伤口愈合时间、术后疼痛持续时间及强度.结果 研究组的术后伤口愈合时间、术后疼痛持续时间及强度均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 龙珠软膏配合消痔灵注射治疗陈旧性肛裂的疗效优于手术剥除术,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical analysis on Longzhu Ointment plus Xiaozhiling Injection for treating old anal fissure in 109 cases

Objective To explore the more effective and more rapid way to cure old anal fissure.Methods 212 patients with old anal fissure were enrolled.Among them,109 cases as the study group were treated by Longzhu Ointment plus Xiaozhiling Injection,while other 103 cases as the control group were treated with the traditional method of surgical stripping.The wound healing time,persisting time and intensity of postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time,persisting time and intensity of postoperative pain in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination treatment of Longzhu Ointment plus Xiaozhiling Injection is superior to surgical stripping in treating old anal fissure and deserves to be clinically popularized.
