血尿散治疗小儿肾性血尿46例临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨自拟血尿散治疗小儿肾性血尿的临床疗效。方法:选确诊的该病患儿76例,随机分为两组。治疗组46例采用自拟血尿散治疗,对照组30例予三七粉口服。疗程20天。结果:治疗组治愈10例,显效14例,有效16例,无效6例,总有效率为86.96%(95%CI=77.23%~96.69%);对照组治愈4例,显效6例,有效19例,无效11例,总有效率为63.33%(95%CI=46.09%~88.57%);两组综合疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(u=2.065 1,P=0.039 0)。结论:自拟血尿散治疗小儿肾性血尿的临床疗效优于单纯口服三七粉,其收益为OR=0.26(95%CI=0.08~0.81),NNT=4(95%CI=2.3~22.4)。

Abstract:Objective : To observe the clinical curative effect of Powder for Haematuria on pediatric renal hema-turia. Methods: 76 cases with pediatric renal hematuria were divided into two groups randomly. 46 cases in treat-ment group were treated with Powder for Haematuria, and 30 ones in control group were treated with powder of pa-nax pseudo-ginseng. One treatment course included 20 days. Results: In treatment group 10 cases were cured, 14 ones excellent, 16 ones effective, and 6 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 86.96% (95% CI = 77.23%-96. 69% ). In control group 4 cases were cured, 6 ones excellent, 19 ones effective, and 11 ones inef-fective. The total effective rate was 63.33% (95% CI=46.09-88.57% ). There was significant difference be-tween the two groups (μ = 2. 065 1, P = 0. 039 0). Conclusion : Powder for Haematuria has better effect on pedi-atric renal hematuria than powder of panax pseudo-ginseng, OR =0. 26 (95% CI =0. 08-0. 81 ) , NNT = 4 (95% CI =2.3-22.4).
