1026例卵巢囊肿的临床病理分析

目的探讨卵巢囊肿的临床病理特点及术中冰冻切片在卵巢囊肿中的诊断价值。方法收集2008～2010年南充市中心医院妇产科的卵巢囊肿病例1026例,分析其常规HE染色及部分病例的术中冰冻切片结果。结果1026例卵巢囊肿患者的平均年龄（37.30±13.66）岁,其中非肿瘤性囊肿占41.62%,常见的有巧克力囊肿、单纯性囊肿;肿瘤性囊肿占58.38%,常见的有畸胎瘤、浆液（粘液）性囊腺瘤。术中冰冻切片诊断发现44例恶性病变,39例交界性病变,术中冰冻切片诊断与冰冻后石蜡切片诊断符合率为95.69%。结论卵巢囊肿为生育期女性常见疾病,病理形态复杂多样,术中冰冻切片诊断能早期发现交界性、恶性病变,术中冰冻切片在卵巢囊肿的诊治中具有重要作用。

Clinical and pathological analysis of 1026 cases ovarian cysts

Objective To explore the pathological features of ovarian cysts and diagnosis value of frozen section in the ovarian cysts.Methods The cases of ovarian cyst were collected in 2008 and 2010 Nanchong Central Hospital,and the results of conventional HE staining and the frozen section in some cases were analyzed.Results In 1026 cases ovarian cysts,the average age was 37.30 ± 13.66 years old,non-neoplastic cysts accounted for 41.62%,in which the common cysts were chocolate cyst,simple cyst;and tumor cyst accounted for 58.38%,in which teratoma,serous(mucinous) cystadenoma were more common.With frozen section,44 cases malignant lesions and 39 cases borderline lesions were found,the compliance rate between frozen section diagnosis and paraffin section diagnosis was 95.69%.Conclusion Ovarian cysts are common diseases in child-bearing women.Pathological of ovarian cysts is complex and diverse.Borderline lesions and malignant lesions can be early found with frozen section diagnosis.Frozen section diagnosis plays an important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cysts.
