清莲润肺胶囊药效学实验研究

目的:观察清莲润肺胶囊的主要药效学作用。方法:测定清莲润肺胶囊对小鼠氨水引咳的止咳作用、酚红排泌的袪痰作用、对二甲苯引起的小鼠抗炎作用和对豚鼠乙酰胆碱加组胺引喘的平喘作用。结果:使用清莲润肺胶囊各组咳嗽潜伏期显著长于空白对照组(P<0.05),咳嗽次数显著少于空白对照组(P<0.05),酚红排出量均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),并能显著降低耳廓肿胀度,肿胀抑制百分率均大于25%;其喘息潜伏期、抽搐潜伏期和跌倒潜伏期均长于乙酰胆碱加组胺引喘豚鼠空白对照组,但无统计学意义。结论:清莲润肺胶囊有明显的止咳、祛痰作用,有较好的抗炎作用,且有一定的平喘作用。

Pharmacodynamics Experimental Study of Capsule of Qing-lian Run-fei

Objective： To observe the main pharmacodynamic action of Capsule of Qing-lian Run-fei. Meth- ods： The effect of stopping coughing was tested by mice cough induced by ammonia. The effect of eliminating phlegm was tested by phenolsulfonphthalein excretion. The anti-inflammatory effect was tested by xylene inducing swelliing. And the effect of calming down panting was tested by guinea pigs asthma induced by acetylcholine and histamine. Results： The cough latency in every group of Capsule of Qing-lian Run-fei was longer significantly than in blank control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Cough frequency was obviously lower in every group of Capsule of Qing-lian Run-fei than in blank control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Volume ejection of phenolsulfonphthalein was obviously more in every group of Capsule of Qing-lian Run-fei than in blank control group i P 〈 O. 05 ）. And the ear swelling degree was obviously lower in every group of Capsule of Qing-lian Run-fei than in blank control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the swelling inhibition percentages were greater than 25 %. The asthma latency, convulsion latency, and fall-down la-tency in every group of Capsule of Qing-lian Run-fei were longer significantly than in blank control group, but there were no significant difference between each group of Capsule of Qing-lian Run-fei. Conclusion： Capsule of Qing-lian Run-fei has good effect of stopping coughing, eliminating phlegm, anti-inflammatory and relieving asth-ma.
