穴位埋线联合济川煎治疗结肠慢传输型便秘随机平行对照研究

目的]观察穴位埋线联合济川煎治疗结肠慢传输型便秘疗效。方法]使用随机平行方法,随机将79例分为两组,对照组41例口服西沙必利,治疗组38例穴位埋线联合济川煎。观察每日排便时间、排便量。均30d为1疗程,治疗3疗程(90d)停药,随访3个月判定疗效。结果]治疗组临床痊愈27例,显效5例,有效2例,无效4例,总有效率84.21%。对照组临床痊愈0例,显效0例,有效8例,无效33例,总有效率19.51%。临床痊愈率、总有效率治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]穴位埋线联合济川煎治疗结肠慢传输型便秘,两种方法互为补充,疗效显著,远期效果理想,值得推广。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Slow Transmission Constipation by Catgut Embedding Therapy and Herb

Objective] To observe the acupuncture treatment and oral administration of herb for slow transmission constipation.Methods] The treatment group was treated by catgut embedding therapy and oral administration of Jichuan decoction,and the control group by oral administration of Cisapride tablets.Results] 38 cases in the treatment group,27cases(71.05%) were cured.In the control group of 41 cases,in 7 days after stopping administrating the drug,26 cases restored to the condition before treatment,the effective rate being 19.51%,with no markedly effective rate and cured case.Conclusion] Catgut embedding therapy and oral administration of Jichuan decoction is an effective therapy for constipation.
