缺血性大鼠昏迷模型的针刺促醒研究

目的:探求针刺三叉神经分布区腧穴对缺血性昏迷大鼠的促醒作用,为临床寻求一种有效的促醒治疗方法。方法:100只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、醒脑静组、针刺组和醒脑静+针刺组,用改良四血管阻塞法[1]建立大鼠全颅缺血性脑损伤昏迷模型,各组给予不同干预后,通过行为学、长程脑电监测对其促醒结果进行客观评价,寻找昏迷促醒的有效方法。结果:与模型组比较,针刺组和醒脑静+针刺组的行为学评分均明显降低(P均<0.05),醒脑静组、针刺组和醒脑静+针刺组的脑电图分级均明显降低(P均<0.05)。结论:针刺三叉神经分布区腧穴确实具有醒脑开窍的作用,可以使全颅缺血性昏迷大鼠苏醒。

Research of Acupuncture on How to Promote Ischemic Coma Rat Model Waking-up

Objective ：To investigate the wake-promoting effect of acupuncture in the acupoints in trigeminal innervation area on ischemic coma of rat to look for a kind of effective treatment method of wake-promoting for clinical practice. Methods ：100 SD rats were divided into five groups randomly, which were sham operation group, model group, control group （with Xing-nao-jing）, acupuncture group and Xing-nao-jing ＋ acupuncture group. The coma models of cranial cerebral ischemic injury were made with the method of modified four-blood-vessel -blockage. Different treatment was given to different group, and the wake-promoting effects were observed and evaluated through ethology and electroencephalographic monitoring. Results：Compared with model group, the scores of ethology were cut down in acupuncture group and Xing-nao-jing ＋ acupuncture group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The electroencepha- logram degrees were decreased in control group （with Xing-nao-jing）, acupuncture group and Xing-nao-jing ＋ ac- upuncture group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture in the acupoints in trigeminal innervation area has an effect of wake promoting on coma rat models of cranial cerebral ischemic injury.
