摘    要:以《中国药典》2010年版一部、《卫生部药品标准中药成方制剂》、《国家中成药标准汇编》以及近10年文献为载体,共检索含有连翘的中药复方制剂559种,通过对其剂型、入药方式以及质量控制等进行数据统计,发现连翘在中药复方制剂中应用广泛,采用高效液相色谱法对中药复方中的连翘苷标准品进行质量控制方法已获得业界的认可,但也出现了以气相色谱法对其挥发性成分进行质量控制的探索。这些都为新的中药复方制剂中连翘的使用、剂型的选择以及制剂质量的控制提供了参考。

Abstract:The paper presented 559 kinds of compound preparation of Chinese herbal which contain forsythia suspensa recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (primary part, 2010 edition), Standard Chinese Traditional Patent Formulation Preparation Established by Ministry of Public Health, Collection of National Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicines, and other research papers in the past ten year. Analyzing the statistics data on its dosage forms, different medication manner and quality control, we found that forsythia suspensa was widely used in compound preparations of traditional Chinese medicine. The method of quality control of high performance liquid chromatography for the standard preparation of forsythin in compound preparation of Chinese herbal is widely recognized by scientific community, and at the same time the quality control of the volatile components was studied with vapor phase chromatography. All of those provided a reference to the way of new compound preparation of forsythia suspense, dosage selection and quality control.
