中药汤剂治疗胁痛对照观察

[目的]观察中药汤剂治疗胁痛的疗效。[方法]将78例患者随机分为两组,治疗组41例,对照组37例,治疗组口服中药汤剂(药用柴胡、川芎、陈皮、香附、郁金、丹参等),对照组采用常规的西医治疗。以7d为1个疗程,持续治疗2～3个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组41例,显效24例,有效13例,无效4例,有效率为90.20%;对照组37例,显效15例,有效13例,无效9例,有效率为75.70%。治疗组临床效果优于对照组。[结论]采用中药汤剂治疗胁痛效果较为显著,对于患者病情的改善帮助较大,值得在临床上推广应用。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Hypochondriac Pain Control Observation

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of TCM Department of internal medicine hypochondriac pain.[Methods]78 patients were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in treatment group,37 cases in the control group,the treatment group(oral Decoction of medicinal bupleurum,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,tangerine peel,Cyperus,turmeric,Salvia miltiorrhiza,etc.),the control group was treated with routine western medicine therapy.Taking 7d as 1 courses of treatment,the treatment was continued for 2 to 3 after treatment to determine efficacy of treatment.[Results]41 cases in the treatment group,24 cases,effective in 13 cases,4 cases ineffective,efficiency is 90.20%,37 cases of the control group,15 cases were markedly effective,13 cases,9 cases ineffective,efficiency of 75.70%.Clinical effect of treatment group is superior to control group.[Conclusion ]In the treatment of chest pain in the course of the disease,the Chinese medicine decoction therapy effect is more remarkable,the patient improved to help older,worthy of clinical application.
