| 摘 要： | 目的探讨HER2基因表达、扩增与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法应用FISH技术,检测20例胃癌标本中HER2扩增情况,应用IHC技术检测胃癌组织中HER2表达情况。结果应用FISH技术检测胃癌组织中HER2基因扩增率为35%,IHC技术检测胃癌组织中HER2蛋白阳性表达率为30%;HER2基因扩增及蛋白阳性表达与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移及病理分期有关(P<0.05)。结论 HER2基因表达与胃癌浸润和转移有关,可作为判断胃癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship of HER2 expression and amplification with the biology behavior of gastric carcinoma.Methods The amplification of HER2 gene and the expression of HER2 protein were detected by FISH and IHC technology respectively in 20 cases of gastric carcinoma,and the relationship between the results and clinic pathological parameters were analyzed.Results The amplification rate of HER2 gene was 35%,and the positive expression rate of HER2 protein was 30%.The positive expression of HER2 protein and the amplification of HER2 gene were associated with the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage in gastric carcinoma（P0.05）.Conclusion The expression of HER2 gene is correlated with invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma,it can be used as the index of biology behaviors and prognosis in gastric carcinoma. |
