Partner雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架治疗冠心病的观察

目的观察国产Partner支架系统雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架对冠心病患者的疗效，并与Medtronic支架进行临床对照观察，关注术后相关心血管事件的发生率。方法选择300例经临床确诊的冠心病患者，在实验设计时依随机的原则分为二组，A组（150例）应用Partner支架进行治疗，B组（150例）应用Medtronic支架进行治疗。结果二组治疗后手术成功率无明显差别，治疗后A组和B组患者1年及3年随访不良心血管事件的发生率无明显差别，A组术后的焦虑情绪明显低于B组。A组术后的情绪情感评分明显高于B组。A组对内皮素-1（ET-1）的调节作用更明显。结论Partner支架的临床效果好，能达到Medtronic支架的要求，且术后1年和3年随访心血管不良事件的发生率低，负性情绪低，临床中可以积极应用。

Clinical control observation on Partner stents in patients with coronary heart diseases

Objective To observe the curative effect in patients with coronary heart diseases by Partner stents,for accumulating the clinical experience and directing the clinical work.Methods Three hundred cases with coronary heart diseases were divided into two groups.The A group(150 cases) was treated by Partner stents.The B group(150 cases) was treated by Medtronic stents.Results The success rate of operation were not obviously different in the two groups.The incidence of adverse cardiac events were not obviously different in the two group after operation(1 years and 3 years).The anxity and emotion scores were better in the A group than in the B group.The decreased value of ET-1 was higher in the A group than in the B group.Conclusion The curative effect of Partner stents is satisfied with adverse cardiac,anxiety and therapy cost,is worthy of being recommended in clinical treatment.
