中西医结合治疗抑郁症疗效观察

目的:评价针刺推拿配合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将56例抑郁症患者随机分为针刺推拿配合氟西汀组30例(治疗组)和单纯氟西汀组26例(对照组)。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD),汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HA-MA),临床总体评定量表(CGI)评定临床疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:经4周治疗后,治疗组有效率80.0%,对照组为69.2%,两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。两组的HAMD及HAMA评分治疗前后相比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),两组之间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗组的不良反应相对于对照组少而轻。结论:针刺推拿配合氟西汀治疗抑郁症安全有效,起效快,不良反应少而轻,适合临床应用。

Clinical Observation of Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Depressive Disorder

Objective ： To observe and assess the clinical therapeutic effect and security of acupuncture, moxi-bustion and manipulative therapy combined with fluoxetine on depressive disorder. Methods： 56 cases with depres-sive disorder were divided into two groups randomly. 30 cases in treatment group were treated with acupuncture, moxibustion and manipulative therapy combined with fluoxetine, and 26 ones in control group were treated with fluoxetine.~ The clinical curative effects were assessed by Hamihong depression scale （HAMD）, hamilton anxiety scale （I-IAMA） , clinical global impression scale （CGI） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）. Results： After 4 weeks＇ treatment the effective rate was 80. 0% in treatment group, 69.2% in control group, and there was not significant difference on it between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. HAMD and HAMA in the two groups had sig-nificant differences between before and after treatment （P 〈0. 01 ）, but no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The side effects were fewer and slighter in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion ： Acupuncture, moxibustion and manipulative therapy combined with fluoxetine are effective and safe on depressive disorder. They react quickly and have fewer and slighter side effects. The therapy is proper to be applied in clinic.
